The core team are based in Hanley and coordinate all of NSYFC ministry, going out to local schools, churches and church groups we partner with local authorities and trusts to bring about a variety of ministry projects. Team members concentrate on specific areas of ministry, and are assisted by Aurora and Church Partnership workers. NSYFC has seen God's favour in a massive way - 8 years ago, it was a one-man operation but we now have a core team of city-based workers as well as Aurora, CPWs and volunteers!

The Aurora team is made up of school leavers, uni graduates and anyone else wanting to give a year to serve God in ministry with young people. The Auroras are usually placed part time (up to two days a week) in a local church and spend their time assisting with different areas of ministry with NSYFC's core team. Aurora is consistently one of the most exciting areas of ministry at NSYFC, seeing emerging leaders grow in maturity, gifting and ministry capacity through setting aside this time to get close to God and grow in ministry.
Church Partnership workers are the powerhouse behind many NSYFC activities. These servant hearted individuals give up years of their life to serve the local church, invest in the lives of young people, and play a key role in team life at NSYFC. God loves church youth workers!!
